The contract covers the scheduled visits, checks and adjustments. Spare parts are charged separately, and we source and fit the part for you.
My building has no elevator shaft. Can you still install one?
Yes. We build an external shaft next to the building, then install the elevator inside it.
How much does a maintenance contract cost?
The price depends on the plan, elevator type, number of floors and its condition, so we visit the building first. Book a site visit and we'll send you a detailed quote afterwards.
How often does an elevator need maintenance?
We recommend regular scheduled maintenance. The number of visits depends on your maintenance plan, the elevator type and how it's used.
Do I need a new elevator, or is modernization enough?
Not always. We inspect it first; often upgrading key parts like the control panel, motor and doors is enough.
What do I get after an inspection?
A clear technical report on the elevator's condition, with our findings and recommendations.
