Who we are

This website is run by Assas Devices Maintenance (ASAS ALMESSAAD), commercial registration 7008378833, King Fahad Road, Ar Rabwah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself through the forms on this site:

  • Contact form: name, mobile number, email, subject and your message.
  • Job application: full name, mobile number, email, nationality, position, years of experience, your CV and any message you add.

Why we use it

  • To contact you and answer your request.
  • To book the site visit, prepare your quote and provide the service.
  • To review job applications and contact candidates.

We don't use your information for anything else, and we don't send you marketing messages without your consent.

Where it's kept and who sees it

Form submissions are sent to the company's email inbox and are seen only by the ASAS ALMESSAAD staff who need them. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone, except the technical providers that run the website and email (website hosting and email delivery), whose servers may be outside Saudi Arabia. We disclose information if an official authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

We keep visit requests and messages for up to two years and job applications for up to one year, then delete them, unless they are needed for an active contract or a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to its use, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. Email us at admin@asasksa.net and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
